A page with their name on it
Logo, name, tagline and a light or dark look are set per client. Our name is not on the page.
You build and host sites for other people. Lunolyte watches all of them from one place and gives each client a page of their own, with their name on it instead of ours.
Examples, not live readings. The real thing is at status.lunolyte.com, public on the bad days too.
Each client is a status page of its own, with its own services, incidents, analytics and settings. Open one and you are working for that client only. Nothing of another client is on the screen, and nothing of theirs ends up in another client's report.
The checks are the same ones every Lunolyte account has. This is what is set, kept and sent separately for every client you add.
Logo, name, tagline and a light or dark look are set per client. Our name is not on the page.
A client page starts private. Give the client read-only access with their email address and they sign in on the page itself, or make it public when their own customers should see it.
A timezone per page. Maintenance is announced in the client's time, and their monthly report covers their month.
For every client you switch it on for, a PDF arrives in your inbox on the first of the month: the uptime, incidents and response times of the month before. Without our name on it, ready to send on from your own address.
Each client page can have its own Slack channel, Teams channel and webhook, next to the email your own team gets.
Incidents, analytics and the audit log are kept per client. "What happened in March" has an answer that is about them and nobody else.
The Agency plan is €149.95 a month, excluding VAT. Nothing in it is counted per client.
One pool for the whole account. Twenty clients with twelve addresses each is 240. At full use that is €0.60 per monitored address a month.
Unlimited client status pages, unlimited members of your own team, unlimited read-only viewers on the client side.
Twenty-five more services are €9.95 a month, as often as you need them. Every address is checked every minute.
How a check works, where it comes from and what it cannot tell you is the same for every plan, and is on a page of its own.
Our own status page is an ordinary Lunolyte status page. A client's looks the same, with their name where ours is.
