Lunolyte
Uptime & incident monitoring

Know your site is down before a customer tells you

Monitoring you do not have to run. No agent, no server access, nothing to host. Lunolyte checks your websites and API endpoints around the clock, alerts you at the first check that fails, and keeps a public status page your customers can actually trust.

The actual product

This is what you get, not an artist's impression

The two screens you work in, drawn from the real ones rather than imagined for a brochure.

Examples, not live readings. The real thing is at status.lunolyte.com, public on the bad days too.

Your dashboard

Every site on one screen

What you see when you log in: how much of your plan you are using, whether anything is broken right now, and the last result from every check with the response time it came back in.

An incident

The whole story, with timestamps

An incident opens by itself at the first check that fails and closes by itself when the check passes again. In between, your team moves an outage through investigating and implementing a fix, and every step carries the time it happened. Nobody has to reconstruct it afterwards.

Who it is for

Two kinds of customer, one product

A business that wants to know about its own site, and an agency that wants every client to have a status page. The checks are the same. What differs is how many sites, and whose name is on the page.

Your own business

One site or a handful, a status page your customers can open, and an email when something breaks. Nothing technical to set up: you paste the address and that is it. Starter watches up to 15 addresses. Pro checks every minute and adds Slack and Teams.

See the plans

An agency with clients

Every client site under one account, a status page per client with their name and logo on it, and a monthly report, ready to send on, for every client you want one for. One pool of 250 services that you divide however you like.

How it works for agencies

Want the technical detail first? How a check works says where we check from, what opens an incident, and what a check cannot tell you.

How it works

From one URL to customers trusting you

No agent to install, no server access, no configuration weekend.

1

Add what to watch

Paste a URL. Your site, your shop, an API endpoint. That is the whole setup.

2

We keep checking it

Around the clock: every minute on Pro and Agency, every five minutes on Starter.

3

You hear it first

An alert at the first check that fails, by email or in the tools your team already has open.

4

Customers see the truth

Your status page updates itself, so nobody has to ask whether it is just them.

Why this one

What Lunolyte does, and what it deliberately does not

Every monitoring tool claims reliable checks and fast alerts. These are the four things we will actually put in writing. Where a check comes from, how fast you hear and what it cannot tell you is written down as well.

Nothing to run

No agent to install, no server access to hand over, no instance of anything to keep patched. You paste a URL. The part of monitoring that usually becomes somebody's side job is the part we keep.

We watch and tell you, we do not touch your site

Lunolyte will not log into your server, change your configuration or restart anything, and it will never claim to have fixed something it did not. It tells you what broke, when, and for how long. What to do about it stays yours.

We run it on ourselves, in public

Our own status page is open to anyone, including on the days it is not green. A monitoring vendor that hides its own uptime is asking you to take the one claim that matters on faith.

Every plan is a real plan

There is no free tier that turns out to be a sample. The cheapest plan gets real checks, a real status page and the same incident workflow, because a monitor you cannot trust at the bottom is not worth selling at the top.

What you get

Monitoring that tells you what is actually wrong

Not just up or down. Real checks, a structured incident workflow, and alerts that reach your team where it already works.

Uptime checks

Confirms the page returns the code it should. A server answering with a 500 is down as far as your customers are concerned. On Pro and Agency it also looks for a text you chose, because an error page that answers 200 is not up either.

Response time

Catches a site slowing down long before it goes fully down, with trends you can actually read. On Pro and Agency, or as an add-on on Starter.

Certificates and DNS

A warning 30, 14, 7 and 1 days before a certificate lapses, on every plan. On Pro and Agency you also hear when your domain name stops resolving or starts pointing somewhere new.

Alerts where you work

Email on every plan. Slack, Microsoft Teams or a plain webhook on Pro and Agency, all of them at once if you like.

Public status pages

A page your customers can open, with the current state of every service, the incident as it unfolds, and maintenance you announce in advance.

Built for agencies

Unlimited client status pages under one account, each with the client's own name and logo, and no cap on team members. More for agencies.

Pricing

Three plans, all of them real

Billed monthly, excluding VAT. Every plan includes uptime and certificate checks, alerts, an incident workflow and a status page.

Starter €12.95/mo 15 services, checked every 5 minutes
Pro €29.95/mo 50 services, every minute, with DNS and content checks
Agency €149.95/mo 250 services, unlimited client pages
